Meet The Doctor                   

Dr. Winckler has practiced in Hinsdale for over a decade. During that time, he dedicated himself to two things: building lasting relationships and continuing education. Dr. Winckler has received advanced post-graduate dental training at the Pankey Institute and Spear Education among others. He has served on Medical Staff in the Department of Surgery with Cadence Health Systems. His professional affiliations include the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, American Equilibration Society (AES) – Leaders in TMD, Occlusion, and Comprehensive Care, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is an Active Member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Winckler is currently serving as President elect on the Executive Council for the AES. Dr. Winckler is an active member of multiple advanced education groups including the DuPage County Study Club and Chicago Study Club. These small groups are comprised of some of the Nation’s leading lecturers and clinicians. Though Dr. Winckler is a restorative dentist, he has a special interest in Temporomandibular Disorders (TMJ or TMD) and Sleep Disorders (Sleep Apnea).

Dr. Winckler currently lives in Downers Grove with his wife Heide, sons Evan and Alex, and daughter Elliot. When not practicing and learning about dentistry he is passionate about his children’s sports, especially soccer, professional soccer and football, and food and wine.
